Repack your parcel with care with product in original packaging.
Attach Photocopy of Bill on parcel.
Product can be returned or replaced within 7-Business days after receiving the parcel under following terms and conditions:
If your product is defective or the order is Incorrect/Incomplete at the time of delivery please contact us within the applicable time period of return. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
In case of return, Product must be unused, not washed, without Flaws.
Return of the product is only approved after passing the process of quality control to assure whether product is valid for Return.
For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

Delivered Product is damaged (physically damaged or broken) / defective (Not working properly).
Delivered Product is Incorrect (different than the one presented on our website) / Incomplete (missing parts).
If your product is eligible for a refund.
