Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

⚠️ Custom-made or specially modified items are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your Order ID, clear photos or videos of the item, and a brief explanation for the return.

  3. Our team will verify the request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved, you may choose between:

    • Exchange (subject to product availability)

    • Refund to your original payment method within 7 working days

💡 In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products

  • Electrical or electronic components once opened

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

  • Custom car parts and modifications
